✖ Assured Returns or Guaranteed Profit Services
✖ Personalized Asset Allocation Services
✖ Execution or Brokerage Services
Clients acknowledge that all research services are provided solely for informational and research purposes.

2. No Guarantee of Returns
The Research Analyst does not guarantee any fixed returns, profit, accuracy, or performance from any research recommendation, report, analysis, or market view.
All investments and trading activities in securities markets are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of capital.
Past performance, historical trends, or previous recommendations shall not be construed as an assurance of future performance or returns.

3. Investor Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for their investment and trading decisions.
Investors are advised to:
✔ Independently evaluate the suitability of investments
✔ Assess their own financial objectives and risk appetite
✔ Exercise due diligence before acting on any recommendation
✔ Consult their financial advisor, tax consultant, or other professional advisors wherever necessary
Any action taken by the client based on our research services shall be at the client’s own discretion and risk.

4. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
✖ Any direct or indirect losses incurred by clients
✖ Trading or investment losses arising from market fluctuations
✖ Delays, interruptions, or technical failures beyond reasonable control
✖ Decisions taken by clients based on research reports or market commentary
Under no circumstances shall Momentum Edge Research or Rahul Bhagat be held responsible for any financial losses, opportunity losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
All research reports, recommendations, content, analysis, website materials, and communications are proprietary and confidential.
Clients shall not:
✖ Redistribute research reports
✖ Reproduce or commercially use content
✖ Share paid research services with unauthorized persons
✖ Circulate reports publicly through social media, messaging platforms, or websites without prior written permission
Unauthorized distribution or misuse may result in suspension or termination of services and/or legal action.

Service Misuse & Unauthorized Redistribution
Any unauthorized redistribution, sharing, resale, public circulation, forwarding, screen recording, copying, or reproduction of paid research services, reports, login access, or proprietary content shall constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Upon identification of such activity, we reserve the right to:
✖ Suspend or terminate the subscription/service without prior notice
✖ Restrict future access to services
✖ Deny renewal or reactivation of services
✖ Initiate appropriate legal or regulatory action, wherever applicable
No refund shall be provided in cases involving unauthorized redistribution or misuse of research services.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms
✔ Subscription fees are payable in advance
✔ Services shall commence only after successful payment confirmation
✔ Subscription validity shall be as per the selected plan
✔ Fees once paid shall be governed by the applicable Refund Policy
✔ Delayed or failed payments may result in suspension of services
Clients are advised to make payments only through official payment channels authorized by us.

7. Regulatory Compliance
All services are governed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and related compliance requirements.
Grant of registration by SEBI and certification from NISM do not guarantee the performance of the intermediary or assure returns to investors.

8. Suspension or Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services in cases including but not limited to:
✖ Violation of these Terms & Conditions
✖ Misuse or unauthorized redistribution of research content
✖ Abusive, threatening, or unethical conduct
✖ Non-compliance with KYC or regulatory requirements
✖ Payment-related disputes or fraudulent activities
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where deemed necessary for compliance or operational reasons.

9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with regulatory, operational, or business requirements.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the website.
